1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the UGCollege platform (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at www.ugcollege.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern student registration, corporate seat allotment, online fee payments, academic coursework, and digital certificate verification. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility & Admission Verification

Participation on UGCollege is strictly limited to verified university and college students whose institutions have entered into academic collaboration agreements with us. Access requires validation of your institutional College Admission / Registration Number against authorized student pools provided by your college. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current contact details (mobile number and email address) during profile completion.

3. Corporate Seat Allocation & Training Programs

Internship seats and training batches are allocated on a prioritized, reservation-based model. Each student is entitled to one confirmed corporate seat upon successful completion of registration and enrollment fee clearance. Corporate partners, training batches, and allocated project coordinators cannot be arbitrarily altered once assigned, except through formal institutional approval from your college administration cell.

4. Fee Payments & Digital Services

All enrollment and application fees are processed securely via our integrated third-party payment partner, Razorpay, supporting UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking.

5. Digital Certification & Verification

Upon fulfillment of minimum required hours, project submissions, and satisfactory grading by your assigned company mentor, UGCollege issues an official digital certificate. Each certificate features cryptographic verification identifiers and tamper-proof verification mechanisms accessible to employers and institutions worldwide. Any forgery, tampering, or misrepresentation will lead to instant certificate revocation and formal disciplinary notification to your college.

6. User Conduct & Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your system-generated student credentials. You agree not to:

• Share, sell, or transfer your login access to any third party.
• Attempt to manipulate platform URLs, bypass role-based dashboard security, or tamper with financial transaction IDs.
• Use bots, automated scrapers, or scripts to harvest institutional notices or student pool directories.

7. Intellectual Property

All course modules, learning materials, website designs, trademarks, logos, and digital documentation belong exclusively to UGCollege and its licensed partners. No materials may be copied, modified, or redistributed without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
